Changing Your Mind
If you purchase an item online, you have the right under Irish consumer law to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without having to give a reason.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us in writing within 14 days of receiving your purchase. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.
Returned items should be in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning an item when cancelling because you have changed your mind.
Once the returned item has been received, we will process your refund in accordance with your statutory rights. Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.
Personalised or Made-to-Order Items
The 14-day cancellation right does not apply to items that are personalised or made specifically to your requirements, unless the item is faulty or does not match what was ordered.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, defective, or is not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at gmatthews.art@gmail.com, preferably with photographs of the item and your order details.
Your statutory rights under Irish consumer law apply. If a product is faulty or does not conform to the sales contract, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, repair or price reduction, depending on the circumstances.
If you report a fault within 30 days of receiving the goods, you may have the right to cancel the purchase and receive a full refund.
We will cover reasonable return costs where an item is being returned because it is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Sale Items
Sale and discounted items have the same consumer rights as full-price items. A sale item can be returned where it is faulty, damaged, not as described, or where another statutory right applies.
