You then have a further 14 days to return the item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Returned items should be in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning an item when cancelling because you have changed your mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Once the returned item has been received, we will process your refund in accordance with your statutory rights. If a product is faulty or does not conform to the sales contract, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, repair or price reduction<\/strong>, depending on the circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you report a fault within 30 days of receiving the goods, you may have the right to cancel the purchase and receive a full refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We will cover reasonable return costs where an item is being returned because it is faulty, damaged or incorrect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Sale and discounted items have the same consumer rights as full-price items<\/strong>.
